Data-driven process optimization in electronics manufacturing with process mining

Course content

Description

The project seminar enables students to gain practical insights into the electronics production of an industrial company in close cooperation with Diehl Metering, a leading global provider of intelligent metering solutions for water and energy. Students will analyze manufacturing process data from various production facilities using process mining to improve throughput times, identify anomalies and develop a comprehensive understanding of production processes.
Students will work in teams on specific topics related to process mining in manufacturing. The findings are presented in a presentation and a project report.
