    Decision Support

    In the research area "Decision Support", we develop theories, methods, techniques, and software tools to improve decisions made by stakeholders of information systems with respect to business performance metrics (e.g., costs).

    To achieve this goal, we particularly rely on analytical, data-driven approaches to extract valuable insights from underlying data for decision support.
