Launching the “Journal of Service Management Research”
We are part of the founding team of the new scientific journal: Journal of Service Management Research.The submission of manuscripts is now possible.In this Journal, we mainly account for the review process of IT-related articles/submissions.The first issue will be published in the second half of 2017.
This issue contains an overview article titled Future Topics of Service Management Research – A European Perspective, which was jointly created by the editorial team.
