#NUElectures “Corporate Processes in Motion: Data-driven Analysis and Automation of Business Processes” – Inaugural Lecture by Prof. Dr. Martin Matzner

As part of the Nuremberg Digital Festival and #NUElectures Series where science meets urban society; Prof. Dr. Martin Matzner will give the inaugural lecture about “Corporate Processes in Motion: Data-driven Analysis and Automation of Business Processes” on July 19th, 2019 at 18:30.

Data-driven analysis with process mining evaluates data from enterprise software to find answers or to simulate alternative processes. Process Mining is the topic of the “digital industry” in which German companies and researchers are global market and technology leaders.

Prof. Dr. Matzner will give an introduction to methods of data-driven business process analysis, he will show how companies use process mining and he will illustrate the contributions that business informatics research at FAU makes to the subject.
