Who we are looking for

Researchers / PhD Students

We are looking for researchers who are interested in applied research projects in innovative topics such as Digital Platforms, Smart Service or Process Mining/Analytics as well as linking the concrete problem solution with a PhD project.
We usually hire researchers as full-time employees (TV-L E13, 100%). However, if you want to combine your Ph.D. studies with an industry partner, we are also open to discussing part-time employment.

Post-Docs (TV-L E13 / A13, 100%)

We are looking for committed and motivated candidates for a post-doc position (m/f/d) in our team. The research focus is on empirical and design-orientated research in the areas of service systems, decision support, business process management and information management. You will also develop and submit proposals for research projects and collaborate with industry partners in the context of contract research.
