At the start of the digital summer semester 2020, the Chair of Digital Industrial Service Systems hosted several live streams for this term’s courses.

We started on Wednesday with our lecture “Service Management and Service Engineering”, where Prof. Dr. Martin Matzner welcomed the students live in front of our bleachers in our offices at “Auf AEG”. He was supported (from a safe distance) by Emanuel Marx and Sandra Zilker, who relentlessly worked behind the scenes to ensure the smooth operation of the event and to coordinate questions from our students.

In the same week, the kick-offs of the courses “Internet of Things and Industrial Services Seminar”, “Forschungsmethodisches Seminar / Seminar Wirtschaftsinformatik”, “IT-Based Process Automation” and “Introduction to Computer Science” were streamed – once again while keeping a safe distance to one another.

We thank all participants for their active support and participation!

As part of the Institute for Information Systems and true to the digitization strategy of the department WiSo – “WiSo-Virtuell2020” – we are always extremely committed to be a role model in matters of digitization. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the process or the format, you are welcome to give us your input and feedback. You can use the forums in the corresponding StudOn courses.
